The final report of the Special Rapporteur on the human rights to safe drinking water and sanitation, Léo Heller, on his official visit to India from 27 October to 10 November 2017, was submitted to the 39th regular session of the UN Human Rights Council, 10-28 September 2018 in Geneva.
