Extrajudicial Executions

Working with families, local and international organizations to lobby on behalf of those families to international human rights mechanisms and bodies. Constituent members of CSCHR regular document reported cases of alleged extrajudicial, summary and arbitrary killings by the police, Indian army and non-state actors. Member organisations either directly or facilitate complaints regarding such cases to the National Human Rights Commission of India, or file cases before courts of law in order to access justice and reparation for the victims’ survivor families.
