CSCHR Memorandum to the UN Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, Christof Heyns

The UN Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, Christof Heyns visited India from 19-30 March 2012 upon the invitation of the government of India. During his mission his request to visit Imphal was denied by the government but he managed to reach Guwahati in Assam. He convened a consultation meeting with civil society organisations, human rights defenders and families of victims on 28 March. CSCHR and EEVFAM (a constituent member of CSCHR) submitted separate memoranda to the UNSREJE.
